The two blocks in tissue microarrays comprising 140 cores (9 cores with missing tissue), after QuPath dearraying procedure. There 7 columns and 10 rows. A short script was run to rename the cores from 1 to 140. All the remaining cores had at least 200 tumor cells available for analyses
